The work will be performed by two sisters with adult supervision. We are a youth-owned and operated service dedicated to providing dependable and friendly beach setup assistance. At times, other local youth helpers may assist, all under adult supervision.

Yes. We set up and take down customer-owned beach equipment.

For safety and liability reasons, we will only set up umbrellas that are compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standard ASTM F3681-25 for beach umbrellas and anchor systems. This standard requires umbrellas to meet specific safety requirements, including: • Minimum 75-pound pull resistance • Stability in winds of 30+ mph Currently, two companies market umbrellas designed to meet these requirements: • https://www.beachbub.com • https://www.shopanchorworks.com We are happy to bring other types of umbrellas to the beach and place them beside your chairs. However, we cannot install them in the sand unless they meet this safety standard. If you have questions about whether your umbrella meets this standard, please contact us.

Your beach setup will be ready by 10:00 AM on your scheduled day.

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate earlier setup requests when possible.

We return between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to tear down and return equipment to your home.

No. As long as your equipment is accessible at your home, we will handle setup and teardown for you.

Yes. We can bring additional items such as coolers, towels, and other beach essentials upon request.

Customers are responsible for lost or damaged equipment during their rental period.

Please close the umbrella before leaving the beach to help prevent damage from wind.

Your safety is important to us. In the event of severe weather or beach closures, setups may be delayed or canceled. If weather affects your scheduled setup, we will contact you to reschedule or adjust service.  If it begins raining after your setup has been completed, we can return  your equipment back to your home if requested. However, we cannot guarantee that your equipment will remain dry if weather conditions change after setup. We take the safety of our staff very seriously, in the even of sudden severe weather, we cannot guarantee that your items will be brought back.
